At 260 Willows Lane, Accrington, a householder application seeks enlargement of a previously approved rear dormer extension under planning permission reference 11/25/0318. At 392-396 Blackburn Road, Accrington, full permission is sought for installation of electrically operated external shutters to the front and side elevations. A full application at 7 Jacob Street, Accrington, proposes a change of use from Industrial E(g) to Training and Education F1(a).

Listed building consent is requested at Enfield Wharf Cottage, Blackburn Road, Clayton-le-Moors, for replacing existing timber doors and windows with UVPC doors and windows.

Variations and Major Applications

A full major application at land adjacent to Charter Street, Accrington, seeks to amend condition 2 (approved plans) and remove condition 10 (community hub parking management) attached to full planning permission number 11/20/0204 (as amended by non-material amendment number 11/25/0440).

Variation of condition applications have been lodged for 216 Stanhill Lane, Oswaldtwistle (pursuant to 11/25/0290), Market Hall, Peel Street, Accrington (pursuant to 11/22/0182), and 65 Balmoral Road, Accrington (pursuant to 11/25/0315). Another variation, at 4 Barnfield Way, Altham Business Park, Altham, seeks to amend condition 2 (plans) of original approval 11/23/0330 and replace drawing 23-001 PL07 Proposed Elevations Extension with Dwg 04 Proposed Elevations.

A variation at 44A Higher Antley Street, Accrington, is pursuant to planning permission reference 11/22/0012. Finally, a full application at land at Wood Street, Church, Accrington, proposes removal of existing concrete hardstanding and replacement with tarmacadam.
