Hyndburn Borough Council has registered several planning applications between Monday, May 25 and Sunday, May 31. The applications include householder developments, removal of conditions, and discharge of conditions.

Householder Application

A proposal for the erection of a single storey side extension has been submitted at 53 Simmons Way, Clayton-Le-Moors. The extension aims to provide additional living space to the property.

Removal of Conditions

An application has been made to remove Condition 14 (Biodiversity Net Gain) and Condition 15 (Biodiversity Net Gain) from planning permission 11/24/0415 at 20 Cannon Street, Accrington. This seeks to modify the existing planning obligations.

Discharge of Conditions

A request to discharge Condition 22 of planning permission 11/23/0523 has been filed for Wooley Lane Farm, Wooley Lane, Baxenden, Accrington. The condition relates to the domestic water supply for the development.
