The Hundred has announced a brand-new joint trophy that will celebrate the combined achievements of both the men's and women's teams during the summer tournament. Since its inception in 2021, the competition has run men's and women's matches side by side, featuring back-to-back double-headers at the same venues to ensure equal exposure. Under the new format, every performance across the group stages, eliminators, and the final will contribute to the standings for this joint piece of silverware.

The way it’s played, in the school holidays and in front of big crowds, means it’s always a great atmosphere and we love being a part of it. I’m looking forward to getting out at Headingley in front of the orange army, but the opener in 50 days’ time at the Kia Oval is going to be a brilliant way to kick off the competition.”

The new trophy arrives just as a massive £500 million private investment package completely changes the competition. MI London have ditched their original aqua look for the iconic blue and gold of the Mumbai Indians stable, while Sunrisers Leeds have swapped their purple threads for a bold, bright orange. Elsewhere, Manchester Super Giants will sport a fresh red and blue kit, and Southern Brave have transitioned to a sharp blue and red strip.
