Jet2 has announced new weekly flights from Birmingham Airport to La Rochelle, France, for Summer 2027, expanding its French destination offerings to five. The service will operate every Saturday from May 22 to September 25, 2027, providing holidaymakers with access to what the airline describes as an "enchanting" port city on the west coast of France.
New Route Details and Eurocamp Packages
The flights are now on sale as part of Jet2's largest-ever Summer 2027 programme from Birmingham, which includes seven new destinations: Bergerac, Hurghada, Jersey, La Rochelle, Sharm el Sheikh, Thassos, and Tunisia. Alongside standalone flights, customers can book Jet2holidays packages with Eurocamp accommodation, which include return flights, 22kg checked baggage, 10kg carry-on, ATOL protection, VIP customer service, car hire, a mobile home, bed linen and towels, and often an end-of-stay clean.
Jet2holidays has expanded its Eurocamp portfolio to include 21 parks via La Rochelle, covering areas such as Charente-Maritime, Gironde, and Vendée. The company's Holiday Parks portfolio with Eurocamp will grow to 146 parks, with 34 new parks added across Spain, Italy, Croatia, and Northern France.
Destination Appeal and Regional Impact
Jet2 highlighted La Rochelle's appeal: "With its peaceful countryside, pine forests, rolling vineyards and charming riverside towns, from the moment holidaymakers arrive in La Rochelle they will be surrounded by the natural beauty of central France. Also within easy reach is Ile-de-Ré where customers will find cycling trails and sandy beaches."

Weekly Saturday services will operate from May 22 to September 25, 2027. Customers and independent travel agents can book flights or Jet2holidays packages with Eurocamp accommodation via La Rochelle Airport.
