Brave Supporters Take the Plunge in Charity Sky Dive
On Saturday, March 28, a courageous team of supporters will leap into action with a thrilling charity sky dive on behalf of Stick 'n' Step. Participants include employees from companies Regal Wholesale and Kawneer, as well as Christina Vaughan, the charity's Wallasey administrator. This daring endeavor aims to generate significant funds and increase public awareness for the charity's essential services.

Connected Voices Choir Performance at Liverpool ONE
To wrap up Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month, the Connected Voices Choir will deliver a live performance outside John Lewis at Liverpool ONE on Sunday, March 19, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This event promises a warm and uplifting community sing-along, celebrating themes of inclusivity, togetherness, and the incredible young people and families supported by Stick 'n' Step.
Charity's Mission and Impact
Netty Doyle, regional fundraiser at Stick 'n' Step, expressed gratitude for the support during this important month. "Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month is such an important time for us, and we're incredibly grateful to everyone who is stepping forward to support our children and families," she said. "From those bravely taking on the sky dive to the wonderful Connected Voices Choir bringing the community together in song, these events truly highlight the power of people coming together to make a difference. Every pound raised helps us provide life-changing support, and we couldn't do it without our amazing supporters."
Stick 'n' Step offers free weekly conductive education sessions to children and young people with cerebral palsy up to the age of 25. The charity operates centers in Wallasey and Runcorn, serving over 100 families annually. To sustain these vital services, Stick 'n' Step relies on the generosity of supporters and volunteers, needing to raise approximately £750,000 each year.
