Three adorable rabbits named Buns, Brioche, and Bao are looking for loving forever homes in the West Midlands. The RSPCA is seeking adopters for these bonded bunnies, who have been in their care for several months.
Meet the Bunnies
Buns, Brioche, and Bao are a trio of friendly and affectionate rabbits who were rescued by the RSPCA. They are all neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. The rabbits are bonded and need to be rehomed together as they are very close.
According to the RSPCA, the rabbits have been waiting for a new home since February 2024. They are currently being cared for at the RSPCA's Birmingham Animal Centre.
Ideal Home Requirements
The RSPCA is looking for a spacious home with a secure outdoor run or a large indoor enclosure. The rabbits need plenty of space to exercise and explore. They are used to a diet of hay, fresh vegetables, and pellets.
Potential adopters must have experience with rabbits or be willing to learn about their care. The RSPCA will conduct a home visit to ensure the environment is suitable.
How to Adopt
Those interested in adopting Buns, Brioche, and Bao can contact the RSPCA Birmingham Animal Centre. The adoption fee is £120 for the trio, which covers their veterinary costs.
An RSPCA spokesperson said: "These three rabbits are full of personality and would make wonderful companions. They are desperate to find a loving home where they can live out their days happily."
Rabbit Care Tips
The RSPCA advises that rabbits are social animals and should be kept in pairs or groups. They require a diet high in fiber, regular exercise, and mental stimulation. Rabbits also need annual vaccinations and health checks.
