A family has taken to the streets and issued a heartfelt appeal for information about a missing teenager who was last seen in Birmingham. West Midlands Police have joined the plea, urging anyone who spots 17-year-old Liam to call 999 immediately.
Liam, from St Michael's, Coventry, was last seen at 11am on Monday, June 8. He was wearing a blue coat, grey trousers, and black trainers, as shown in a CCTV image released by police.
Family's Desperate Search
His worried family confirmed he was last seen in Birmingham, specifically near the Bullring shopping centre. They emphasized that Liam is not in any trouble and simply want him home safely.
A family member told BirminghamLive: "As a family, we have been out searching and walking around areas where he may be, but unfortunately he has not been spotted. We just want to know that Liam is safe. He is not in any trouble at all; we are all extremely worried about him and want him home safely."
They added: "If you have seen Liam or have any information that could help, please contact the police on 999 or message the family directly. Liam, if you see this, please let someone know you're safe. We love you and are worried about you."
Police Appeal
In an official appeal, West Midlands Police posted: "Have you seen Liam, aged 17 from St Michael's? Liam was last seen at 11am on June 8. He was last seen wearing a blue coat and grey trousers with black trainers as shown in the CCTV image. If you see Liam, call 999, quoting log 2783-080626."
Anyone with information is urged to contact police immediately. The family continues to search and hopes for Liam's safe return.
