West Midlands Police have released CCTV images of a man they are keen to identify following a series of shop thefts across Coseley and Tipton. Three stores were targeted on the same day, with electrical items, food, and cleaning products stolen from shelves.
Details of the Thefts
The incidents occurred on Thursday, June 4. The first theft took place at a store on Roseville Court, Coseley, shortly before 8.40am. Later that day, at 6.45pm, a store on Castle Street, Coseley, was also targeted. A third shop on Sedgley Road, Tipton, was hit earlier the same day.
Police have not disclosed the specific stores or the total value of items stolen, but the appeal notes that the thefts involved electrical goods, food, and cleaning products.
Police Appeal for Information
In a statement, West Midlands Police said: "Can you help us identify this man? We want to speak to him after a spate of shop thefts at stores across Dudley, Wolverhampton, and Sandwell where electrical items, food and cleaning products were taken from shelves and stolen."
Officers have released CCTV images of a man they believe may have information that could assist the investigation. The force is urging anyone who recognises him or has any details about the thefts to come forward.
