A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service stated: "We were called to reports of an RTC between a motorbike and car at the junction of White Road and Montgomery Street in Sparkbrook, Birmingham at 3.24pm and sent an ambulance, a paramedic officer, a MERIT trauma doctor with a critical care paramedic and the Trust’s critical care car to the scene. On arrival, crews found a man who they treated for serious injuries before being conveyed under emergency driving conditions to Queen Elizabeth Hospital."

Police Investigation Underway

West Midlands Police also attended the scene and confirmed that a man had been taken to hospital with leg injuries. A spokesperson for the force said: "We were called following a collision involving a car and a motorbike on White Road at around 3.20pm. A man has been taken to hospital with leg injuries."
