West Mercia Police have released an image of a woman who may have information about a theft at a sweet shop in Dawley, Telford, where a pram was used to conceal stolen items.
Theft at Thomas Allsorts
Police allege that a woman entered Thomas Allsorts on High Street in Dawley at around 3.20pm on Sunday, June 13, pushing a pram. She selected multiple items from the shelves and placed some of them into the bottom of the pushchair, concealing them from view.
She then proceeded to the till and paid for a small number of products, but did not pay for the items hidden beneath the pram. After completing the transaction, she left the store without paying for the concealed goods.
