Kittens Named After Puzzle Games Seek New Homes

A litter of eight adorable kittens, each named after a classic puzzle game, is searching for new homes in the West Midlands. The kittens are currently being cared for at the RSPCA Birmingham Animal Centre in Frankley, where staff are hoping to find loving families for them.

Puzzle-Themed Names

The kittens have been named Tetris, Sudoku, Rubik, Jigsaw, Crossword, Solitaire, Mahjong, and Domino. Their mother, a stray cat named Puzzle, was brought into the centre when she was pregnant. She gave birth to the litter, and now the kittens are old enough to be adopted.

Ready for Adoption

The eight kittens are around 10 weeks old and have been vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. They are described as playful, curious, and full of energy. Centre manager Sarah Binns said: "We are looking for homes where the kittens will have plenty of space to explore and play. They are all very friendly and love human company."

How to Adopt

Anyone interested in adopting one of the kittens can contact the RSPCA Birmingham Animal Centre. Potential adopters will need to fill out an application form and undergo a home check. The centre hopes to find homes for all the kittens as soon as possible.

This litter is just one example of the many animals in need of homes across the West Midlands. The RSPCA encourages anyone considering a pet to adopt rather than buy from breeders or pet shops.
