Emma Bunton has shared details of attending Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding in New York, calling the celebration 'absolutely beautiful'. The Spice Girl, 50, revealed the invitation came after Swift appeared on her Heart radio show in 2025 and confessed to being a childhood fan.
Wedding invitation revealed on air
Speaking on Heart, Bunton told listeners: 'I did get an invite to Taylor and Travis' wedding. A massive congratulations to them both! It was in New York and it was absolutely beautiful.' She explained she had been sworn to secrecy, saying: 'I had lots and lots of messages at the weekend, and I'm sorry but I wasn't allowed to tell anyone.'

Bunton shared a series of photos on Instagram from the wedding weekend with her husband Jade Jones. She looked elegant in a black suit paired with a ruffled shirt and a baby pink Chanel bag, while Jones wore a classic tuxedo. The couple joined a host of famous faces, including Ed Sheeran, Ellie Goulding, Cara Delevingne, Hugh Grant, and Sir Paul McCartney, who performed at the reception.
Full-circle moment with Taylor Swift
The wedding invitation marked a remarkable moment in their relationship. During a 2025 Heart interview, Swift told Bunton: 'It's so crazy to actually get to be in the same room with you because I was telling you. I had your doll, the Baby Spice doll, and it was my favourite one.' Swift added: 'We would all fight over who got to be you amongst the girls that were blonde. Honestly, you just mean the world to me. You were the first person I like, freaked out over.'
Bunton, overwhelmed by the praise, replied: 'I'm really going red now. I don't know how to take all this in. Because obviously, we are huge fans of yours.'
Bonding over the Eras Tour
The pair also bonded over Bunton attending Swift's Eras Tour in 2024 with her children Beau and Tate. Swift said seeing Bunton's name on the guest list was a huge surprise: 'I'll just be looking over it backstage, I saw you on the list, I was like, Oh, my God. Oh, my God.' Swift added she had spotted Bunton in the audience from the stage. Bunton revealed she spent part of the concert with Swift's parents, Andrea and Scott Swift, saying: 'We chatted and it was just so brilliant. I got to know a bit more about your music as well because your dad was telling me...' Swift jokingly responded: 'Oh, my God, my dad is the most social man on the planet. There's not a single stranger he has ever met in his entire life.'
