Shropshire Estate Launches Garden Breaks with Beckham Rose

Peplow Hall, a hidden gem in Market Drayton, Shropshire, is launching exclusive five-day garden breaks featuring visits to some of England's most celebrated gardens. The estate, set in 64 acres of magnificent gardens including a kitchen garden, sunken garden, and woodland garden, offers accommodation in five beautifully restored former estate workers' cottages.

Garden Itinerary Highlights

The itinerary includes a visit to world-renowned David Austin Roses, where guests can see the new Sir David Beckham bloom, created at the request of his daughter Harper. Other highlights include Wollerton Old Hall Garden, praised by BBC gardeners Carol Klein and Monty Don, and the romantic Dorothy Clive Garden, originally created as a labour of love by Colonel Harry Clive for his wife Dorothy.

Pricing and Dates

The first retreat runs from July 5 to July 10, with the five-day package costing £175 per person including transport, lunches, and refreshments. Accommodation at Peplow Hall Estate starts from £250 per night. Future dates are planned for October 2026 and Spring 2027.
