Organiser's Comments

Lorraine Conkey, director of Staffordshire Cultural Events CIC/LR Partnership Events, who is organising the event, said: "Staffordshire Day is about bringing people together and making the most of our county town. We've put together a full day that gives people plenty to see and do, whether they're coming in with family, meeting friends, or just calling by while they're in town. It is also a great opportunity for local groups, businesses and organisations to be part of something positive and visible right in the heart of Stafford. Please support the local shops, pubs and cafés while you are in the town centre."

Partnership and Support

The event is delivered in association with Stafford Borough Council and Staffordshire County Council, and local radio station Vibe 1, with sponsorship from Carthys Accountants. This celebration recognises Staffordshire Day while also highlighting Stafford's role as the county town.
