In one of the most stomach-turning challenges of this year's series, I'm A Celebrity contestants Kelly Brook and Vogue Williams were pitted against each other in a revolting eating trial that required them to consume entire pig brains.
The Grisly Head-to-Head Challenge
The dramatic face-off, set to air during Wednesday night's action-packed episode on 26th November 2025, saw the two glamorous campmates standing on a cartoon-style stage behind podiums as they raced to be the first to chew and swallow the disgusting snack.
Heart presenter Kelly Brook, 46, and Irish model Vogue Williams, 40, were tasked by hosts Ant and Dec with completing the grim Bushtucker Trial, frantically chomping on the pig brains while standing next to their designated 'vom' buckets. Both women visibly struggled to keep the revolting morsels down during the intense competition.
New Format: The Rivals Game
This stomach-churning challenge marks the introduction of a brand new game format called 'The Rivals', which divides the celebrity campmates into two competing groups. The teaser clip released by ITV shows the dramatic setup where pairs from each side will compete while their fellow celebrities watch in horror.
The stakes are particularly high in this new format. Champions who succeed in their challenges will be whisked off to luxurious Win City, while the losers face the grim prospect of Doomsville - a separate camp with no beds and only rice and beans for sustenance.
Fellow campmates were shown reacting with horror to the pig brain challenge, with Eddie barely able to keep his eyes on the task while Aitch and Shona sought comfort in each other during the gruesome spectacle.
More Challenges to Come
According to I'm A Celebrity Unpacked's Kemi Rodgers, who teased the grisly game on Tuesday night, there's much more in store for the celebrities than just pig brains. Future challenges are expected to include stinking fish guts, blood-soaked offal, and slithering snakes as part of the larger Bushtucker Trial.
The 2025 campmates have been performing impressively in their challenges so far, with outdoor enthusiast Jack Osbourne earning the maximum twelve stars in Tuesday night's tricky 'Drown The Hatch' trial. Despite confessing nervousness beforehand, Osbourne confidently dove into underwater chambers, completing the first part in a speedy 26 seconds and maintaining his pace despite encountering eels, toads, mud crabs, and water dragons.
Fans quickly branded Osbourne a "machine" for completing his task in record time, showcasing the determination that has characterised this year's celebrity contestants as they face the jungle's most daunting challenges.
