Condition 3 (Drainage Scheme) attached to full planning permission reference 11/25/0379 was considered for land between No 4 & 6, Bridge Street, Accrington.

Variation of Condition

A variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plan) pursuant to planning permission 11/24/0482 was submitted for Browfield Farm, Back Lane, Baxenden, Accrington.

Listed Building Consent

Listed building consent was sought for alterations and works to facilitate the change of use and conversion of the former law courts and police station into a mixed-use development. The proposed scheme includes a café, offices (with meeting and seminar facilities), retail space, and 16 apartments, along with a residents' gym and associated storage areas, at the former Law Courts and Police Headquarters, Manchester Road, Accrington.

Discharge of Conditions 5 (Solar Panel Details) and 6 (Window Details) of planning permission reference 11/25/0126 were submitted for Oswaldtwistle Conservative Club, 31 Rhyddings Street, Oswaldtwistle.

Full Planning Permission

A full application was made for the transformation of the existing spectator area at Church And Oswaldtwistle Cricket And Social Club, Blackburn Road, Oswaldtwistle. The works include a viewing terrace, committee room, and tiered terrace stand.

Householder Applications

Two householder applications were received: the erection of a detached garage at 37 Rutland Avenue, Oswaldtwistle, and the erection of a rear single-storey extension and rear dormer at 34 Allsprings Drive, Great Harwood.
