Leeds Bradford Airport Response

Leeds Bradford Airport holds a 3.2 Google rating. One reviewer noted: "The airport is currently being renovated. However, there are very few seats, toilets are super dirty, and the WiFi does not function whatsoever." Another commented: "To say it's been refurbished, it's cheap, IKEA plastic plants everywhere and dirty and unclean. The public lounge is bad enough, but the Avro Lounge is an absolute disgrace." A third wrote: "Avoid this grubby, dirty little airport if you can. Completely unfit for purpose."

In response, a spokesperson for Leeds Bradford Airport told the Express: "We are disappointed by the findings of this study, which are based on Google reviews spanning many years and do not accurately reflect the passenger experience at Leeds Bradford Airport today. Over the past year, we have delivered significant terminal upgrades and continue to invest in improving our facilities and customer experience through ongoing construction and improvement projects."

Manchester Airport came in second place, with 1.45% of reviews mentioning cleanliness concerns, while Belfast International Airport ranked third at 1.42%. London Stansted followed in fourth place at 1.18%, with Birmingham Airport completing the top five at 1.13%.
