A young motorcyclist from Leamington has tragically lost his life following a collision with a car near the village of Alderminster. The incident occurred on Old Road at approximately 10:14 am on Tuesday, May 26.
The rider, a man in his 20s, sustained critical injuries in the crash and was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. Warwickshire Police have since launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fatal collision.
Authorities are now appealing for any witnesses or individuals with dash-cam footage to come forward and assist with the inquiry. A force spokesperson stated: "We're asking for any witnesses or anyone with dash-cam footage to come forward following a fatal collision yesterday. At around 10.14am, we were alerted to a serious collision between the rider of a motorbike and the driver of a car on Old Road near Alderminster. The rider of the motorbike, a man in his twenties from the Leamington area, was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene."
