A WMAS spokesperson confirmed: "We were called to reports of an RTC at the junction of Littlewood Lane and Station Road in Cheslyn Hay at 3.34pm and sent an ambulance to the scene. On arrival, crews found two cars had been involved in a collision. They assessed one man but he was not injured and so was discharged at the scene."

The man was the only person reported to have been assessed. No other casualties were mentioned, and the scene was cleared without further incident. The cause of the crash is not known at this stage, but emergency services responded quickly to ensure safety.
