Police have released a CCTV image of a man they urgently wish to speak to following a robbery at a shop in Stourbridge.

Details of the Stourbridge shop incident

The incident took place at a store in Sandringham Place on September 2. At around 3.45pm, a man entered the premises and attempted to leave with goods without making any payment.

When courageous members of staff intervened to challenge him, the suspect pushed them out of his way before forcing his exit from the shop and making off.

Police appeal for public assistance

West Midlands Police have now issued several CCTV stills in a bid to trace the individual. In a public appeal, the force stated they are keen to speak to the man pictured in connection with the robbery.

An officer involved in the case said: "We're looking to speak to him after a robbery at a shop in Stourbridge. If you think you know who this man is, let us know."
