Fourth Suspect Detained in Kenilworth Homicide Inquiry
Warwickshire Police have now arrested a fourth individual in relation to the tragic death of a man at a residential property in Kenilworth. This latest development follows the initial detention of three people, among them a 16-year-old boy, on suspicion of murder.

Authorities were alerted to the scene on Chestnut Avenue just before midnight on Friday, March 20, after concerns were raised regarding the welfare of a man in his 40s. Detectives and paramedics rushed to the location, but despite their efforts, the man was pronounced dead at the site. His next of kin have been notified, and a murder investigation is actively underway.
The initial arrests included a 24-year-old man, a 49-year-old woman, and the teenage boy, all taken into custody on suspicion of murder. In a significant update, a 72-year-old woman was arrested on the evening of March 22 on suspicion of assisting an offender. As of this afternoon, all four suspects remain in police custody for questioning.

Detective Chief Inspector Collette Okeefe of Warwickshire Police addressed the community, stating, "While I know this will cause shock in the local community, I’d like to reassure them there remains no risk to the wider public. Okeefe added, "We’ve arrested four people in connection with the man’s death and we’re continuing to question them as we try to work out exactly what happened.
