Charges Brought After Fatal Incident

Mohammed Azim, aged 41, was arrested and subsequently charged with murder. He was scheduled to appear before Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court on the morning of Friday, November 7.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, November 5. Police and paramedics were called to Park Street in Oldbury at around 9.50pm after reports of a woman with serious injuries.

Despite the immediate efforts of emergency medical teams, Lily Whitehouse was pronounced dead at the scene.
