West Midlands Police were called to the BP petrol station on Chester Road in Chelmsley Wood on Wednesday, February 25, following reports of a robbery. The incident, which took place at the Chelmsley Wood Service Station shortly after 9:30 PM, involved an attack on a man at the garage.

Officers arrived promptly at the scene and arrested a man and a woman. After thorough investigative work by detectives, both individuals were charged in relation to the assault and robbery.

Charges and Court Appearances

Patrick Ronan, a 29-year-old from Eastfield Road in Bordesley Green, was charged with robbery and shop theft. He was remanded in custody and was scheduled to appear at Coventry Magistrates’ Court on the day of the announcement.

Keira Perks, a 27-year-old from Exeter Drive in Marston Green, was charged with two counts of assault, common assault, and criminal damage. She is due to appear before magistrates on Wednesday, March 18.
