Sticks 'n' Sushi to Open in Birmingham with Stunning Views

A new restaurant is set to open on Birmingham's Paradise development, offering diners one of the best views in the city over Chamberlain Square. Sticks 'n' Sushi will launch at Three Chamberlain Square this autumn, serving a menu that includes sushi, skewered meat and fish, small plates, and salads.

First Midlands Venue

Already established in London, Cambridge, Oxford, and Manchester, this will be the Danish-Japanese restaurant's first location in the Midlands. The 6,392 sq ft unit will feature a terrace, large bar, private dining options, and seating for 250 guests. The opening will create 60 new jobs.

Signature Dishes and Drinks

Popular dishes include Beef Tataki (beef fillet with miso aioli, truffle ponzu, and artichoke crisps) and Temaki Setto (DIY sushi rolls with lobster, wagyu tartare, and avocado). The bar will offer sake, Japanese teas, cocktails, spirits, and a Japanese Rice Lager brewed in collaboration with Danish brewery Mikkeller.
