EasyJet has unveiled a new route from Birmingham Airport, with flights to Copenhagen commencing on 16 November. The budget carrier will operate the service twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays.
New Route Details
The Danish capital is known for being an effortlessly cool, highly walkable, and picturesque destination famous for its seamless blend of fairy-tale history and cutting-edge, sustainable urban design. Fares from Birmingham start from £31.99.
This announcement forms part of a major expansion by EasyJet, which is launching 13 new routes from eight UK airports, including Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Liverpool, London Luton, London Southend, Newquay, and others.
Winter 2026-27 Expansion
EasyJet is adding significant capacity for the winter season. New services include London Luton to Kittilä and Strasbourg, London Southend to Edinburgh, Manchester to Cairo, Liverpool to Reykjavik and Kittilä, Newcastle to Barcelona, Berlin, Copenhagen, Hurghada, and Rovaniemi, and Newquay to Geneva.
Kevin Doyle, EasyJet's UK country manager, said: "We are delighted to announce 13 new routes and thousands more package holidays are now available from eight airports across the UK this winter, providing customers with even more choice from their local airport, all with great value and fantastic service."
