Jet2 has announced a major change for passengers flying from Birmingham Airport, becoming the first UK airline to put its winter 2027/28 season seats on sale. The airline, which operates from BHX and competes with TUI, Ryanair, and easyJet, confirmed that 16 sunshine destinations are now available for booking.
540,000 seats available
A total of 540,000 seats are on offer from Birmingham Airport for the upcoming winter season. The early release of the programme is a direct response to demand from holidaymakers who want to book ahead and secure winter sunshine, according to the tour operator.

Jet2 emphasised that this early release makes it the first airline and tour operator to go on sale, giving customers and independent travel agents the opportunity to book their winter sun holiday early.
