Four men have been jailed for bringing misery to communities in Birmingham after police shut down a class A drug line. Lewis Simpson, Conor Milner-Burns, Ryan Bowen, and Dylan Ford operated the 'KP drugs line' from north Birmingham, supplying heroin and crack cocaine. The County Lines Taskforce at West Midlands Police stopped the line following an investigation.
Investigation Details
Officers discovered a set of telephone numbers linked to drug supply. The dealers used multiple vehicles to deliver drugs. After stopping several cars in Birmingham, detectives dismantled the line. All four had roles in supplying Class A drugs between November 2024 and July 2025. They pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply Class A drugs at Birmingham Crown Court and were sentenced on May 22.
Sentences
- Lewis Simpson, 25, from Kingsley Bank Way, Birmingham, was jailed for seven years.
- Conor Milner-Burns, 23, from Willcare Road, Birmingham, was jailed for four years and nine months.
- Ryan Bowen, 20, from Rawdon Grove, Birmingham, was jailed for six years and six months.
- Dylan Ford, 26, of no fixed address, was jailed for five years and six months.
Investigating officer Jim Gooderidge from the County Lines Taskforce said: 'This investigation found that the group worked together to supply Class A drugs. There can be no doubt that these men were responsible for supplying drugs that bring misery to communities. This is a message to other drug dealers that we are not letting up in our work to disrupt drug networks across the West Midlands.'
