A 29-year-old man has been charged after a fatal dog attack in Wolverhampton claimed the life of a 23-year-old woman. The incident occurred on Monday, 15 April, at a property in Wolverhampton. Emergency services were called to the scene but the woman was pronounced dead at the location.
