Three Men Admit Walsall Shooting Plot

Three men have admitted planning a shooting in Walsall, after police discovered a firearm and ammunition during an investigation. The men entered guilty pleas at a hearing at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Monday, according to West Midlands Police.

Guilty Pleas in Court

Kieron Taylor, 25, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life. Aaron Jones, 27, of Aldridge, and Reece Smith, 22, of Walsall, both pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.

Police Investigation

The charges relate to an incident in July last year, when officers from the West Midlands Police organised crime unit stopped a car in Walsall and found a handgun and ammunition. The three men were subsequently arrested and charged.
