Lewis Capaldi is set for two back-to-back headline shows closing out the BST Hyde Park 2026. Fans from across the country will travel to London to hear the Glaswegian musician perform to sold-out crowds. He will headline the Great Oak Stage across two consecutive nights: Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12.
Stage Times
Gates open at 2pm for general admission, or 1pm for primary entry/VIP. Capaldi takes the stage at 8.30pm before a 10.30pm curfew on Saturday, or 10pm on Sunday. Last entry is 8.30pm.
World Cup Timing
Some fans hoped the show would be moved earlier to accommodate England's match against Norway on Saturday night. While some gigs, including The Streets, have made such announcements, the festival Capaldi is playing has made no adjustments. This article will be updated if this changes.
Tickets
Both dates are completely sold out. Fans can look for late fan-to-fan resale drops via AXS or Ticketmaster. Capaldi announced that Saturday’s entire headline performance will be broadcast live worldwide for free on YouTube starting at 8:45pm. This marks the first time a full BST performance will be streamed globally without a paywall.
Supporting Acts
Capaldi is supported by American pop-indie artist Conan Gray as the main special guest. The wider multi-stage line-up includes The Vaccines (Saturday only), Jacob Alon, Absolutely, Alessi Rose, Nieve Ella, Alexandra Savior, and Folk Bitch Trio.
Set List
Following his highly acclaimed summer festival comebacks at TRNSMT and the Isle of Wight, fans can expect an emotionally charged, joke-filled, 18-song set list leaning heavily into his massive hits and new material. Expected songs include: Hollywood, Grace, Heavenly Kind of State of Mind, Wish You the Best, Love the Hell Out of You, Almost, Forever, Bruises, Pop Cover Interlude (e.g., Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream"), Pointless, Something in the Heavens, Before You Go, Fade, The Day That I Die, Hold Me While You Wait, Forget Me, Survive, and encore: Someone You Loved.
How to Get to the Gig from Birmingham
Train
Taking the train is the fastest and most stress-free option, getting you from city centre to city centre in under two hours. Catch a direct train from Birmingham New Street to London Euston (Avanti West Coast or London Northwestern Railway). The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes on fast services. From London Euston, take the Victoria Line southbound to Green Park, a short walk from Hyde Park entrance gates. Alternatively, take the Northern Line from Euston to Tottenham Court Road, then switch to the Central Line to Marble Arch. Total travel time: around 1 hour and 47 minutes.
Car
Driving is possible but generally discouraged because Hyde Park sits within London’s Congestion Charge and Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ). The most direct drive follows the M6 south onto the M1, leading into North-West London and down towards Park Lane. Total travel time: approximately 2 hours and 24 minutes, depending heavily on London's unpredictable traffic.
