Kelly Osbourne has described loving her son as "the greatest privilege of my life", saying he taught her a "kind of love I didn't know existed". In a heartfelt Instagram post on Tuesday, the 41-year-old shared a carousel of photographs showing tender moments with her three-year-old son, Sidney Wilson.
A Mother's Heartfelt Words
Osbourne, the youngest daughter of the late Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne, expressed her "unconditional, instinctive, endless" love for her son. The TV personality, known for starring in the reality show The Osbournes, captioned the post: "There are loves you experience in life, and then there is the love you have for your child. A love so deep it becomes part of your bones."
She continued: "My son, loving you has been the greatest privilege of my life. I love you in the quiet moments, in the laughter that made our stomachs hurt, in the kisses and cuddles, in the silliness, and in every ordinary little moment I never knew would become so precious."
Life with Sidney
Sidney is her only child with US DJ Sid Wilson, best known for his role in heavy metal band Slipknot. The former Fashion Police star wrote that her child "made my world bigger simply by being in it", adding: "You taught me a kind of love I didn't know existed. True unconditional, instinctive, endless. The kind of love that asks for nothing and would give absolutely everything."
She noted that "no photograph could ever hold the amount of love I have for you" and described them as a "team", both "completely wrapped up in each other". Osbourne went on: "I love being your safe place. I love being the arms you can fall into. I love making you laugh. I love your little hands on my face. I love us."
Family and Recent Headlines
Osbourne and Wilson have dominated headlines in recent months, with reports suggesting the pair have brought their four-year relationship to an end. The couple welcomed their child in November 2022 and became engaged in July 2025 during her father's Back To The Beginning farewell concert, where he was reunited with his former bandmates.
Ozzy, widely known as the Prince of Darkness, is celebrated for his pivotal role in Black Sabbath, which was formed in 1968 and is broadly credited with defining and popularising the heavy metal sound. The legendary rocker passed away aged 76 in July last year, just weeks after the landmark concert.
In her tribute, Osbourne concluded: "Out of all the things I have been in this lifetime, being your mum will forever be the most beautiful part of me. You gave me purpose. My beautiful boy. My heart outside my body. My greatest love." She added that she loved her son "from the moment I knew you were growing in my belly", loves him now, and will "beyond every measure of time, always".
